Du kan deltage i Update fra den 6.- 9. oktober og/eller i Encounter den 9. - 13. oktober.
Du vil møde kolleager fra hele verden til gensidig inspiration, videndeling og udvikling.
På Update dagene vil der være forskellige workshops og videndeling om arbejdet med organisationer rundt om i Verden. Der deles erfaring og vi afprøver og genopofrisker processer og metoder.
På Encounter får du mulighed for at arbejde med og opleve nye sider af dig selv. Deltagerne fordyber sig i, studerer, deltager og arbejder med sig selv og hinanden i gruppedynamiske sammenhænge.

The International Human Element Update is our once-a-year opportunity to come together as a global network and movement. It’s an incredible chance to see old friends (and make new ones!), hear about the latest developments of the work from around the world, and to uplevel as both a practitioner and business leader.
The Encounter is the premiere experience for our Licensed Human Element Practitioners™ (LHEP). Encounter is essential to growing and developing as an LHEP and has its roots all the way back in the 1960s when Will Schutz led groups at the Esalen Institute in California. Will regarded The Human Element as a structured Encounter. It is the essence of the work – a deep dive into openness and self-awareness – and not simply the theory of those, but the actual felt experience and practice.
